springlogo.pngSpring Through St Lou Spring Series begins this Sunday (April 27)!

Come join us at 8am for each of the next five Sundays at five great area parks. Great giveaways at each race, courtesy of our sponsors!

 

 

 

Register by Thursday for just $50 or $35 for SLTC members for all 5 races.

Race day registration is $60 or $45 for members.

Trophies will be presented to top age group finishers in the series. 

Ribbons will be available for top age group finishers in each race.

 

Race One, Queeny Park, Sunday April 27

Sponsored by Dunkin' Donuts!

~Race begins at 8am, walkers 7:45.  The route will follow the Hawk Ridge Trail, blazed in red. 

~One water station on course supported by True Runner.

~Registration and bib pickup opens at 7am at Picnic Site 1.  From Weidman Road entrance, take the first left to the northern most parking lot.  Look for the blue SLTC tent!  

~Restrooms at the corporate picnic site and Greensfelder complex. 

~Dunkin' Donuts will be providing the post-race refreshments!

2014 Team SLTC is underway!

Team SLTC is in full swing for 2014 and we invite all of our members to join us!

 

Just wear an SLTC shirt to a race in which you are entered or volunteering at and then within two weeks of the event send us a note to office@stlouistrackclub.com to let us know.

 

You earn a point for each mile you cover or 2 points for each mile at SLTC events.

Where the power of the pace exceeds the need for speed!

 

Wednesday nights, June 4 through Sept. 24, Walkers start at 6 pm, runners at 6:15 pm

Meet at the Visitor’s Center in Forest Park, $1 per run plus optional donations for snacks

 

Races are scored based on actual time versus predicted time - of course, you run without a watch!

                         Wednesday, Sept. 24, is the fun run, grab bag, and final series awards.
